As the IAM – International Accounts Manager in our team, you are the principal contact for our fast growing global distribution & partner network, and be the primary contact for Mermaid Protector.
Your superior communications abilities and expertise in global logistics, combined with your organisation and product knowledge skills, ensure our select group of international partners understand our sales strategies, and have the tools available to follow our corporate guidelines for sales structure, branding and digital lifecycle of the consumer and product sales channels.
You are able to plan and arrange international shipments, identifying optimal logistics paths, resulting on time and error free consignments.
You offer a high level of support to ensure warranty and return cases are managed quickly and effectively. You are a service world champion for our partners.
While most of your daily interactions with key group is done from your home office, you may be asked to attend major events with us and our partners to provide support, such as events, trade shows, service seminars, etc.
Understand and perform order entry from all sales channels and columns, fulfillments and shipping processes with the required level of management to complete the task on time and error free in combination with our team and ingredients like administration, fabrics and warehouse facilities.
Timely and effective communications with all stakeholder including partners, marketing, operations and finance.
Coordinating partners instruction for shipping methods and freight forwarder management.
Navigate sales and logistical data.
Maintain the general strategic account plan and per partner with continuous updates.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Job Skills, and Abilities:
Ocean Lover, watersport and outdoor player and practice a couple of activities yourself.
Enthusiastic sales guru.
Solution and team oriented with extraordinary communication skills, also under pressure.
5 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience and very familiarity with import/export regulations, compliance and operations, such as customs policies and procedures in the following demographic areas: Europe, Asia, North America, Central / South America.
Extreme attention to detail, including the ability to predict and circumvent issues before they occur and taking the proper corrective action.
