Founding Associate Membership is a limited campaign membership for people who want to support the launch and long-term development of the International Association of Dive Professionals.

This membership is intended for supporters, allies, recreational divers, former professionals, conservation advocates, friends of the IADP, and anyone who believes the diving industry needs a stronger, independent, professional voice.

As a Founding Associate Member, you help establish the foundation of the IADP as an independent global association working for better recognition, stronger representation, ethical standards, environmental responsibility, and long-term sustainability across the diving sector.

What Founding Associate Membership means

• You become part of the first membership campaign of the renewed IADP platform.
• You support the development of IADP projects, communications, and member services.
• You receive Associate Member status within TheDiveProfessional.org portal.
• You retain Founding Associate recognition as part of your membership history.
• You may upgrade later if you qualify for Professional Membership.

Membership fee

€50 per year.

This membership is valid for one year from the date of registration. Renewal remains available after the first year as part of the normal Associate Membership structure.

Campaign period

Founding Associate Membership is available until 31 August 2026.

After this date, the founding campaign plan will close for new registrations, while existing members keep their membership record and founding recognition.
