Maduro Dive, the innovative leader in dive travel for 39 years, has developed a new full-time position to further its expansion.
Required Qualifications: You’re hands on and understand the difference between scuba diving as a business, not simply a passion. 7 to 15 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the travel industry or related fields -Computer savvy, online marketing knowledgeable as well as flexibility to accept changing technology – History of setting, implementing, integrating and meeting sales and marketing goals – Developing sales plans, promoting new business opportunities and assessing ROI – Inspiring top-notch team customer service – Extensive writing and communication experience.
Salary range is based on successful experience, company bonus for meeting & exceeding goals, vacation and travel benefits, work from anywhere in the United States. Position reports to owner director.
Hands on primary summary responsibilities:Growing profitable sales via existing programs and clients while developing/implementing new online marketing approaches Ongoing dive industry engagement and interaction with suppliers, vendors and all company associates Continually enhancing the company image, elevating client service, assessing and proactively dealing with issues/challenges that could affect the company
