Ocean Reef is seeking a Service Technician Manager

Ocean Reef is considered the leader in manufacturing Integrated Diving Masks and Underwater Communication Units. It has been involved for over 70 years in the underwater diving industry, continuing to exceed the challenges of this new generation of divers in the recreational, professional, commercial, military markets and futuristic projects such as Nemo’s Garden.
Ocean Reef is looking for a Service Manager to handle technical assistance and customer support for the repair and maintenance of products. The candidate will be able to assist customers over the phone, via email and video conference.
The Service Manager position requires ability to travel all over the Country, since the candidate will be responsible for managing Service Clinics throughout the U.S.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for testing, evaluating and repairing snorkeling and scuba diving equipment Maintain and organize repair parts and service kits Evaluate, perform service and repair as required on orders received Manage Returns, process RA and Sales Orders as required to complete the repair Distribute technical service information and provide product knowledge
QualificationExtreme knowledge of snorkeling and scuba diving equipment 2+ years’ experience working as customer service and technical service technician Problem solving and communication skills Able to fluently communicate in English. Italian and Spanish are a plus Knowledge of Microsoft Office Able to travel around the US and conduct training programs
